Still, upgrades and improvements may be proposed over time — and these are decided together by the co-owners.
How Decisions Are Made
Voting Rights
- 1 vote per week owned = 1 vote
- Simple majority (over 50%) approves most upgrades
- 2/3 majority required for major upgrades or structural changes
Transparent Process
- The administrator coordinates, gathers quotes, and presents options
- All communication and voting happens transparently through the private online owners group
Creating the Budget
Annual Planning
- Upgrades are discussed during the yearly owner meeting
- Optional upgrade budgets can be proposed and pre-approved

- Each co-owner contributes based on their number of shares
- A reserve fund may be set aside for improvements
